(1) The structure of the laminated cosmetic tube
Due to the variety of paste and different chemical properties, there are different requirements for packaging materials. For this reason, a cosmetic squeeze tube made of composite materials appears. There are many types of composite materials. There are usually two composite materials for making cosmetic tube.
①Polyethylene (PE, outer layer)/adhesive/aluminum foil (AL)/adhesive/polyethylene (PE, inner layer).
 ② Polyethylene (PE, outer layer)/ethylene -acetate alcohol sync (EVOH)/polyethylene (PE, inner layer).

In PE/A1/PE composite materials, the outer polyethylene is used for printing and has good printing adaptability; the excellent impermeability of aluminum foil to make up for the weakness of polyethylene gas tightness; Thermal sealing; this composite material can be made of opaque tube. The role of each component in PE/EVOH/PE is the same as the former. The ethylene-acetate alcohol cluster is the best in existing plastic material. It is the same as the aluminum foil. Make transparent or translucent hose.
 
 (2) Production process
There are two types of laminated cosmetic tube production technology.
 
① The process of compounding after printing first.
One film to make a single film → print → composite → divide → welding → injection molding head and tube shoulder → stamped
② Repel the process of printing first.
One film to make a single film → composite → print → divide → welding → injection molding head and pipe shoulder → stamped.
