Factors Affecting The Extrusion Ratio Of Dual Chamber Cosmetic Tubes

The structure and size of the cosmetic squeeze tube and the outlet of the cover; (the mold opening structure is generally opened according to the ratio of inner and outer tubes at 1:1, if there is a special ratio required, a private mold can be opened according to the required ratio)

The influence of the hardness of the tube body of the cosmetic squeeze tube; (this effect is not very large, generally the hardness of the inner and outer tubes is as similar as possible, if the outer tube is hard, the material of the inner tube will be squeezed better, and the material of the inner tube will be easier to squeeze when the inner tube is hard and the outer tube is better)

The thickness and viscosity of the paste will affect the fluidity; (the more viscous the material will stick to the inner wall of the tube, affecting the extrusion ratio, the thicker and harder the material will cause difficulty in extrusion)

The full ratio of the material body to the length of the tube body; (if the length selected by your company is 50+50=100g, it can only be filled to one-third of the height of the tube body, and the inner space is two-thirds. When extruding, it needs to be emptied before extruding to the material body, so it is difficult to control the strength and height of extrusion)

Consumers use the extrusion position; (this has the greatest impact and directly affects the extrusion ratio. Extruding the head will result in more material from the outer tube, and squeezing the tail will result in more material from the inner tube. The inner and outer tubes need to be discharged in the same proportion. The position of extrusion should be within the range of 10cm above and 20cm below the height line of the inner and outer pipe body; therefore, it is better to indicate the instructions on the packaging, for example: squeeze the head in the morning for more collagen, and squeeze the tail at night cleaner is better)
